  Very nice hotel. Would have given 5 stars but room service had issues. Had to call 5 or 6 times before someone answered the phone then they were out of pancake mix so they couldn't make pancakes or waffles. Food we got was not very good.

  Did not stay at the hotel, only went for dinner. The menu is limited. I ordered the only other steak on the menu medium rare but the steak was so thin that it was medium on one end and medium well on the other end. Everything else was very good. My companion ordered chicken fired steak and said it was delicious. It is one of the nicer places in Kerrville.

  Awesome place to stay. My wife and I stayed while on a road trip. The staff were very nice. The on site restaurant and saloon were pretty legit. Will definitely stay here again if i get the chance. The only reason for not having 5th star is due to the tub/shower needing to be updated.

  Location was very convenient to the reason for my visit to Kerrville. There are several food options very close by and the property was nicely maintained. Staff was exceptionally courteous as well. I wished breakfast was included.

  A great place in a great place. Western themed hotel and resort with a great restaurant and bar. Kerrville is the gateway to the most beautiful part of Texas if you like the hill country. I love the hill country.
